Hi all,

I've been using a 4Nine and a Serpent Mini for the last 2 year or more which I've been more than happy with but I'm now looking for a new atomizer. I'm pretty much getting lazy and want to go down the coil heads route.

Everything I'm finding which looks good is not 22mm. I'm guessing its because the vaping world has move on more to box mods.

I was looking at the eleaf iJust S but the mm dont match.

Can you please suggest some good 22mm atomizers which take coil heads preferably 0.1-0.3ohm range.

I've been out of the loop for a long time and dont know what is best. I'm happy with my trusted 4Nine and dont want to move on to a box.

Cheer :)

You can't ('or shouldn't) use a stock coil tank on a mech mod... most of them have floating 510 pins which can move around and potentially cause a hard short. If you value your fingers and teeth and want to use a stock coil tank you'll need to move onto a regulated device with built in safety features.

If you don't want to go down the box route then there are plenty of stick style mods available, some like the uwell nunchaku even have removable battery's and wattage control.

Thanks for the advise red5. I never knew that!

Just looked up the uwell nunchaku and that looks very nice!

I have considered going down the box route, but I know I wont get on with the space it would take up in my pocket.

I'll continue my search into regulated stick style mods.

Thanks again!

Ones I can think of off the top of my head:

Ehpro mod 101 and 101 pro
Ijoy saber
Uwell nunchaku
Wismec do one, but I can't for the life of me think what it's called.... it's the ultex t80
Free max twister

There are also plenty of great single battery "box" style mods which won't take up bags of space in your pocket. If you don't mind spending a little more then look at the @JAC Vapour series b dna75 series... I use one as a daily driver and it's really rugged and you'll get great customer support. https://www.jacvapour.com/dna75 You could try the POTV15 code on that as well... just checked that works and bring it down to £46.74

The tesla punk 86 is also another great looking stick style regulated mod.

If you need to ask any questions, I am here. Sounds like the DNA 75 might suit, our s22 tank won't be anywhere near your needs though, so avoid that. The version of the DNA we have stock just about to arrive for (2-10 April) is the 23mm version, so any 22mm tank or 23mm tank looks good on it. I can send some pics if you're interested.

using mine now... still holding up pretty well after about 16months of fairly regular use.

the 23mm version doesn't have the extended base, here's mine, sorry had to cut out the tank as it's a prototype we are working on, but it shows the 23mm fit, you hardly notice it with a 22mm tank if that's what you're after.

Vaporesso Swag kit, uses one battery and 22mm NRG tank, top fill and light and fits easily into palm for convenience. Last well, I love them (don’t have shares in company, honest!)

Yea, it is a hard size to find for any topper. I would say what you want is a MTL RDA or MTL RTA. These toppers labeled MTL usually are a diameter of 18-22mm and can utilize rebuildable coils
