Any Chinese vendor thats on the site is fine, 3avape are good vendors i have never had a problem with them infact i should have an IPV V-it waiting for me when i get home Wednesday. Go for it and do not worry.

One of the few I haven't tried but they're in the bookmarks list for browsing when I'm looking for something. I don't find them any cheaper than others.
