Well thanks robteifi, although a passionate welsh man, not able to speak the mother tongue, still reeling over our dire performance yesterday........ it was enough t drive any man to smoke.
Anyway took some of the advice offered here and bought a fruit flavoured juice.... got to say, I'm impressed and can see potential In this replacement smoking aid.
I will spend a lot more time on here getting used to the endless possibilities in this new venture..... day 2 and still no withdrawal symptom's, although I use the ego very sparingly, is it normal not to feel the pangs of wanting to have a real smoke.

That's good going with the lack of withdrawal - remember that it's not a failure if you do happen to succumb.
