I don't use 70/30 juice but pre-mixed it does seem it is all low in nicotine, typically 3 or 6mg and is geared towards dtl vapers and shortfills and nic shots won't get the nicotine any higher due to TPD.

you wont be able to get to 12mg nic strength with most shortfills as they were designed to make 3mg or 6mg at a push as otherwise you would be diluting the flavour every time you added another nic shot.
only way as far as i know is to use 7.2% nicotine which cant be discussed on the open forum as its banned in the uk for public sale or use.

Firstly welcome

I am a Salt user only but i use the standard 50/50 on 10mg.
As already mentioned you could mix and get a 6mg but that would be the strongest i believe if you want to keep it at a higher vg. Or as hack mentioned some salts do come in higher vg ie: Element.
You can also buy a nic salt shot at 70/30 but you would need to add it to a smaller juice to get a higher mg nic juice

@Lee any idea on what else Sharon could do to get a 70vg at 12mg salt? I can't think of anything that wouldn't comprise on flavour?

But she has eyesight problems so measuring the right amount of nic could pose a problem. I think i would buy a 20mg Salt and weaken it using either vg or pg but that might involve more guesswork and also more measuring. But i think it could be possible if someone did the math and maybe she asked someone to mix it for her.

Prime Vapes sell 50/50 MTL shortfills, if you added two 100VG Nic Salt shortfills it would work out at around 83VG/17PG and 12mg.

You would probably have to buy the Salt shots and shortfills from different vendors as 100VG salt shots seem thin on the ground, but it may be worth trying it out.

If it works for you then it may be worth bulk buying to cut down the sting of dual postage - but there are possibly vendors who sell both. I'm not much of an MTL vaper so I'm not too sure, but there are probably other on here who use MTL shortfills who can help a bit more and direct you to sites that stock both products.

Hi Sharon and welcome to the forum. SMKD does 30pg/70vg and 20mg nic salts. And they are great prices. Don’t know if that helps any. That wouldn’t give much more than 3mg strength though, your best bet is to try and get some higher nic.
