They have lots of resources on there and plenty of info and tasting notes of various flavours. There is also a thing where you can enter what flavours you have and it will show all the recipes that can be made with what you have. Very handy when you're just starting out.

Even though I say it myself......that Twisted Cherry juice that I made is bloody lovely! It's exactly what I was looking for and it's only been steeping a couple of days. I'll fill my Valyrian bubble tank to the brim and then stick it back in the cupboard.

Well there's a good excuse to pull it right back out of the cupboard! Excellent - juice that doesn't benefit from a long steep.
