A little advice please

Never had this before but lately my wife and daughter have been saying my diy juice smells brunt .
It does not taste brunt all i can taste is the flavour .My question is if i up my % would this help or has anyone had the same problem.

First thought is that taste and smell vary a lot and if they notice something is different and you do not, they may be right.
Could your wick be burnt, but you for whatever reason have not noticed it.

i use muji for my wick i will change it normally i notice when it needs changing but this time i did not think of that .
