If you send Lee a message through the primevapes chat box on the site he or his partner are very quick too respond.
I have sent a message already to customer support and got a reply 3 days or so ago saying they were waiting for "labelling." Prime Vapes are good company. As I said, I have nothing bad to say in that sense. I am just a vape junkie and need stock. I have had email conversations with Lee before, seems like a nice guy and when I've had issues they have always resolved it. I believe I have been a customer more than 3 years now, buying almost every month. But on this occasion, the guys from ManaBush have saved the day for me. They even called me this morning to confirm order and delivery options, which I didn't expect. I can't ask for more. As a small business owner myself, I know if i can't serve my customers (even if its not my fault and its beyond my control), the nature of economics and capitalism means someone else will fill that demand.
