What's new

A mod design we've been working on

The SXJ has been built, it was actually built by someone other than us. He wanted something different as well for his SXJ and has been chomping at the bit for me to finish the drawings. The SXJ chip isn't really designed for modders like us. The SX350 and DNA chips were a piece of cake to design for, the SXJ was a PITA. He did a review and said he's editing a build video. You can get a better feel for it seeing it in action. This is not me, although I'd be ok being that young again as long as I could keep the wisdom I've accumulated...lol

That's an awful video but us vapers are a moaning whining lot ;)

Uninsulated croc clips that's a disaster waiting to happen, hope he isn't a sparky.

I agree the board is not so modder friendly given it has a fixed screen and option buttons but at least it works for either left or right handed vapers. I only have hatred for all the right handed mods Hana, Vaporflask etc :)

Your mod design looks good for a dual battery not for me but I was born in the 60's.

There are a couple of nice 350J designs I have seen even that Italian squonker company has a nice box.

Still a bit unsure myself with all the buzzing in temp mode and some say erroneous temp calibration the board has but we shall wait for some software down the pipe.

Vap3on,

I can't argue with the narration, and we couldn't give any input and maintain a non biased review.

Sure it's not going to be for everyone, some like simple others mod beer cans and game controllers.

I'm not so sure about the plug and play chip change idea especially if he's sub ohming.

There's also a 1x18650, for all the DNA's and the SX350 as well.

60's, shit it's not like your older then dirt, 'cause I'm not...lol

Thanx for watching :)

It looks like a rocket ship in that pic with the batteries hanging out. It therefore scores 150% on the awesome scale :-D

Our buddy Zach is planning a hot swap setup for his Umod. He'll have a chip in each panel and in about a minute he'll be able to switch between a DNA, SX350 or SXJ chip.

A while back I had some, or should I say another, yhoo nearly change lanes into me, when I punched the horn with my Istick 20 in my hand my Aerotank popped off, bounced off the airbag cover and right out the open window :12: yup the threads stipped out of the Istick.

Seeing the battery still lasts me up to 2 days I wanted to fix it. I didn't really like the fixes I've seen on the interweb so I designed something for printing.

Thread repair caps for the Istick 20, I drew up two models. Use's Istick's existing screws to replace the top cap, add your own FDV v3 15.5mm 510 or Varitubes 14mm 510
Just search Istick at Shapeways.
