We ask all members when posting up a product review to include a disclaimer. The reason for this disclaimer is for several reasons.
It identifies the review as the reviewers personal opinion and identifies any other conflicts of interest if they so deem to include those. The statement that the review is your opinionm protects you from claims of defamation, libel, or slander from affected parties. If at anytime the POTV team feels a review is motivated in any way other than expressing a personal opinion, The Mod and Admin team will review it for removal. If any of our members feel a review has an ulterior motive, please use the report button.
POTV Team members will not get involved in disputes or disagreements between a vendor and a member about a product review. It is up to the vendor to contact the member and rectify or dispute the review.
Reviews on Products, good or bad, are allowed as long as they follow in line with our rules and the general behavior of the forum. Reviews on clones are permitted.
As all of you know, we have strict rules about Negative Vendor/Seller/Mod Maker reviews. You can find them in our FAQ or on the Helpdesk Solution database. These rules do not apply in general, to product reviews, aside from the common sense parts...
