I ordered some juice from Chefs Vapour on the 30th April, got an email to say they were dispatched on the 1st May.
Unfortunately by the 8 th May nothing had arrived , so I sent an email to Chefs Vapour to confirm they had been sent in case there had been some problem.
I got a quick response from Karl advising the order had been sent it & should have arrived by then. Rather than leaving it at that Karl offered to resend it recorded delivery to ensure I received them this time.
I have to say I think that is excellent customer care & I will use them a lot more in the future.
I've heard good things about their juice so can't wait to try them out when next week.
