Does anyone else find it odd that this is an issue now? As in, trading standards were seizing stock from places selling this kind of stuff last year. Fantasi, Mohawk & Co (imitation cans) Quickie (Nesquick rip-off) the list goes on ... this is mostly a non-issue in the EU now, especially since the 10ml bottle size, packaging requirements, nicotine warnings - even on products that don't contain any nicotine - have come in. Can't we get back to arguing about whether 7.2mg nic is now available, is a rip- off, or I don't know ... something more current?

While i like the look of the bottle, I think it's a bad idea and wouldn't buy it. I wonder if they even think of the consequences.

From what I read I can gather the following:

1. It was never sold in the bottle shown in the OP
2. It's fully TPD compliant and isn't even sold with nic in it
3. The juice was never sold in fake fanta cans either
4. If a parent bought some, filled it with nicotine and left it where a child could get it, they should be having a visit from social services because it's likely they also leave Ibuprofen and alchopops in childs reach also.
