In the last decade a small number of early vapers and entrepreneurs swelled to become a movement.
How did this unlikely movement, fuelled by unlikely entrepreneurs and passionate vapers, come about? Drawing on a talk I gave at a Labour business event, we explore the story of how vapers and tiny companies achieved success in the face of a wave of opposition, at the same time pouring new life into struggling high streets and creating new jobs.
