Good Evening All,
As you may know, I was one of the lucky winners of the Ace Vapers Christmas Day Vmax giveaway. Up until that time I was attached to one of my Tin Mods for most of the day. The Vmax changed my vaping habits A LOT - to the point that I vaped everything between 3V and 3.3V! It became my "teddy bear" - so much so that the dark chrome finish on it was removed by my acid like hand juices!
Now, loving the Vmax as I did, I wanted a stainless steel one and was looking at the Cloud 9 model. As I was a previous customer of Ace Vapers, and being very impressed with both their e-liquids and service, I asked whether they could supply a S/S Vmax. Simon replied very promptly and told me that unfortunately they didn't, but for £10 extra than I was contemplating spending I could have the Zmax with VV and VW. Those of you who know me, know that I like the simple life and things like VW are cars to me not anything else! A new member mentioned he had one and loved it, so I thought, OK sunshine, DO IT!
I ordered the Zmax yesterday lunchtime, and it arrived safe and sound at lunchtime today - complete with complimentary bottle of AV4 - which in my humble opinion is one of the best I have ever tried (I bought a bottle at Christmas and had a quick try and liked it, and then hid it until Monday of this week!).
So, the upshot of this is - I am very impressed with the customer service and quality of goods provided by Ace Vapers. I received updates at every stage of the order/dispatch process, and Simon and the team are very quick to respond to website enquiries.
Thanks Simon and the team - you have made one very simple vaper very happy!
