Adding nic to 0 nice 10ml

Hey guys, I have a friend with 10 10ml bottles of 0 nic juice, he vapes 3mg so was wondering how much nic I should add to each bottle to get him close to that, I have 72 nic.

You'll need approx. 4.3ml for the 100ml.
