Ive got loads of 3, 6 and some 9mg flavours but Bellywoman doesnt smoke anything under 18mg, preferably 24mg.

Ive got 72 nic base but is there a formula/calculator that can show me how much 72mg to add to get the flavours to her desired strength?

I dont want to OD the poor gal as she's already in hospital...

Yes, PG base nic.
50/50 juice but she wont mind if it changes because she enjoys the throat hit of PG so no worries there.

OK, so if you play with a calculator like eJuice Me Up from breaktru ... assume you make these juices yourself you'd have this much 72mg/ml nic base in each starting 10ml bottle:-

3mg - 0.42ml
6mg - 0.83ml
9mg - 1.25ml

in your target bottles you'd have:-

18mg - 2.5ml
24mg - 3.33ml

Subtracting the starting content from the target content you'll find the amount of nic base to add in order to reach the desired nic level, eg

2.5 - 1.25 = 1.25 would take the 9mg juice up to 18mg strength, as near as damn it

You are obviously going to throw out the PG/VG ratio towards a PG heavy juice. You are also going to knock back the flavour % some.
I would avoid trying to make a 24mg bottle from a 3mg - it's just adding too much nic and unflavoured PG. Going from 9 to 18 looks doable to me. there's probably 1.25ml of space in the 10ml bottle.
