Adding to one shot concertrate

Hi all,

Any of you add to one shots?

Just tried the one shot wonder (sugar bear) I've had steeping, it's nice but think with a bit of a creamy flavour added it would be very similar to Cali Steam cinnabun that i absolutely love.

Thoughts?

Funny you should say that !
I've got a mix steeping at the moment. BYO Nutszila but I've added cream and vanilla. Worth a try isn't it.

Just do a small sample in case it doesn't work, you can add another concentrate to an already mixed batch, just remember it will need to steep further, especially adding a cream. No probs doing it though one shots are basically a predefined mix of various concentrates anyway

Cool, any recommendations as to a really good cream flavouring? Also where would you guys start In terms of mixing % the one shot is 20% so was thinking 16% one shot and 4% cream? (Complete shot in the dark if I'm honest )

I'd start with 2% bavarian cream. You can always add more later !

Make a couple 5-10ml batches at 2% 4% then see how it is.
