Ah, apologies. I thought it may of been a different model. The original had hex screws to take the battery compartment off... that's even worse.

If you're ok with soldering you could build a dna40 for about 70-80 notes if you can stretch to it by the time you get an enclosure from FT and some decent wire and 510 connector
