Advice on mtl with mechs

Ok, so in recent times I have 2 very similar styles of vaping, always on mechs, mainly squonking
0.1 ohm (approx) on 25mm plus rda, big air draw, and 0.2 -0.25 ohm on 22mm s which i would describe as slightly restricted rdl
My nic strength is very low (0.7mg) the way I mix it
I do vape a hell of a lot, but obviously the more I use the 22s the less liquid I consume.
I wish to experiment and take this on a notch or 2 towards mtl but this is something I just never got into, and I am a bit clueless.

So I will use my van and del despot on a squonk mech. I have been using the 3mm air pin which I describe as probably between dl and rdl.

Question is given I no adjustment of watts, what ohm coil should I build for the 2mm air pin and for the 1mm air pin?

The mm pin is just down to your personal preference, me personally isn't a MTL vaper. But have fun finding what you enjoy b

1mm pin works well for me for MTL.

I like 0.7ohm Ni80 fused Claptons in my MTL tube mech setups, I'm more on the loose side of MTL nowadays though.
