Hello people,

I can make the coils fine but am struggling to attach the coils to a Kayfun v4. I have seen Kayfun videos on YouTube and everyone just bends the wire around the screw and tightens. This is not working for. Wire is easy to pull off the screw.

I am thinking there must be an easier way. Any advice? Also you think I could wrap the coil leg around the screw 360 degrees and then screw the post in?

Really struggling here. Manage to get it done but takes me ages.

Wrap your coil leg CLOCKWISE around the screw.

Yeah, this caught me out first time. Bastard wire would pop out every time I tightened the screw! lol

Life is much easier with a subtank mini ;)

as smiley says wrap it clockwise and hold it firmly with your finger when tightening. if you feel you need to wrap it around the post 360 do so. this is how i did when i first started. but like all things practice and all that shite makes perfect.
the screws on the v4 are the smallest i have come across to be honest. bur keep at it all will come good.

Recently started playing with RBA on a KF4. I put a u shape in the wire where I want it fixed put it under the screw with gentle presure against the screw and tighten much easier than trying to wrap it around.
Second leg is easier to twist round once one side is fixed.

I am going to try the 360 first and hopefully get better at it. After playing and using the Kayfun v4 I am now starting to look for my first dropper or RDA. Thinking of either the magma, Aqua v2 or something else. Looking for good juice amount and flavour. Will stick this on a YiHi sx360. Any advice? Flavour and ease of use are the main things I am looking for

Of the drippers I have tobh v2 good for dual coils.
igo-l Ireally like them cheap & simple for single coils.Have to enlarge air hole.
Magma overrated and a bit leaky for my liking.

Bring the wire around the screw and then wrap it around the mandrel your using to hold the coil. This means you can pull it tight and don't need three hands to fix it into place.

I've been bending it around the first screw and the second in a backwards 's' shape, using .40 NiChrome 80 though.
