Aga t2

Hi,
been vaping for about a month now with my evic and vivi nova and while good thought I would try a rebuildable so bought a aga t2.
I build the coils to get 1.7 ohms my evic recommends 5.2 w but that only makes it about 3.1 w and doesn't give much vape or flavour. Should I ignore the evic recommended wattage? One thing I have noticed the aga uses way more juice than the vivi nova.

make sure the air hole is in line with coil it makes loads of diff
