I got a new AGA T2 delivered today, from Liberty Flights , wow very nice ! The first coil i wound popped straight away i think i gave it to many volts, so i wound the last bit of wire very carefully that came with it and checked the resistance and tried it at 3v , after a bit of adjusting it was glowing nicely and even, i added some juice and tried it and it vapes great, its reading 1.7 ohms and i've got it on 3.7v , im not sure what the best voltage would be or is it suck it and see ?
I want to order some kanthal wire but im not sure what size to get ?

My coil cant make up its mind.. .8 ohms or 2.1 I wiggle its fine, the second I put the top cap on it goes all over the place!

Mine does the same. I'm pretty sure it's to do with the grub screws which I've been looking to upgrade. They just don't seem to hold the wire tightly enough. Does anyone know what size I should be looking for?

It vapes lovely when the coil will stay steady on its ohms, getting frustrated now!

I curled mine around the screw and the post thread i dont know if that would help ? i noticed on some of the vids they only trapped the wire on one edge.

Thanks, I do already bring the wire tightly round the post but by the time I've buggered around trying to get rid of the pesky hotspots it's loosened which in turn causes more hotspots :)

I got it sit fine at 1.3ohm with 4 wraps finally got all the hot spots, tastes perfect... hopefully it stays this way!
