There's a bunch online but I trust you guys more... I'd prefer writing with pictures on account of my phone sucks for YouTube

With my limited knowledge, it sounds like you might have an over lapping coil, causing a hot spot. The amount of work room in that is not very big either is it.
If you can get a piccy up, and/or more info. on the build. I'm quite sure someone with better knowledge will be along.

i had nothing but problems with my aga.....in fact, it put me off rebuildables completely for a few months, and i went back to my iclear 30s......

Got it chugging away..6/5 wrap 28gage kanthal coil..ss mesh...reading at 1.8 ohms...no hot spot...firing slow ..not getting the cloud it should produce... more like a pro tank on the tail end of its lifespan than the cloud machine I've seen
Any thoughts?
PS too dumb to figure out how to post a pic
Thanks

I stick a core of cotton wool in the middle of the mesh and it helps the flavour and the vapour production. I've also seen folks saying the fill hole is too small. I use it as a vent and fill up down the side of the coil with a syringe. Juice goes right to the top. My only gripe with it is the overall ml of liquid that it holds.

aga's are a night mare for that you just have to pulse the coil for ages to work through the hot spots or it'll just keep breaking in the same place

Use a drill to support the coil when attaching top and bottom and feed the wick down the coil. This AGA TD is easier to setup than the other two.
