Alternative DIY flavour concentrate to Chef's Old Fashioned?

I absolutely loved this combination of flavours of Rice pudding, Cinnamon and Nutmeg and it was easygoing on the coils too.

I'm aware of Flavour Craver formally the original Chefs Flavours, I'm just hoping they bring this back at some point, because this one's a diamond combination, that's seriously underlooked!

I have contacted one of the owners they might make it up again, but not solid they will, because not enough interest sadly!
