Can only assume the Senator in question was lobbied HARD by those with a vested interest in seeing this passed....

I'd seen this on GrimmGreen's website yesterday. Of all the potential bills the tobacco run American political system has tried to pass to squash vaping this was the most ridiculous. It would have opened a whole new can of worms regarding travelling with phones, tablets, laptops and anything else battery powered.
