A lot of e liquids you see are really bright and colorful ie:

Mr Good Vape Sweet Lovin - Bright Orange once steeped.

Ace of Vapez Yoda Blood - Bright Red.

If I'm not mistaken when you make e liquid usually it goes a brown, yellow dull colour.

Do e liquid makers add any kind of food colouring?
I'm basically mixing near the same flavours but doesn't look anywhere near a Juice Brand.

I'm not bothered how it looks taste matters to me but I'm just curious how they make them vibrant colours?

Food coloring, yup!

Very many people like any coloring, as there's really no need for it at all. It does nothing to the liquid, other then making it look funky. Vaping in my eyes is one of them things we need to keep basic, use what we need! Coloring just adds another to the list of not knowing what it will do long term.

Some liquids do go a dark orange, like the mothers milk clone, after a 3 week steep that goes really dark, almost like a honey color.

Thanks I always wondered how they made it look.
In my view only put in what you need.
Think I'll prefer making my own at least I know whats going in it .

That's it mate, yeah. Why put a potentially harmful ingredient in, when it makes no difference to the taste. It may not be harmful, but until tests are done we won't know.
