Any electronic boffins? Help please

I am working on a project and part of the list of components is and I quote "One NFET and one PFET, they only need to handle 50ma at 5v and be triggered by up to 5v"
Could anyone kindly help out with something in this country maybe from Rapid with part numbers? I have looked at data sheets but Im not entirely sure what Im looking for.

N Fet is negative gate I believe and P Fet is positive gate,

I'm far from an expert in these. Only ever used n channel. sparkyjuice is the font on electrical knowledge :-)

I got it sorted, these were logic level ones. I am building an arduino powered mod.

That sounds interesting Bob, can you give us any more details maybe a circuit diagram?

Glad you sorted it! I use RS Components for most bits like this if that helps at all.
