anyone tried a trident rda?

Hi guys

just got a trdent clone rda.
have it setup single 1.9ohm coil on a mvp at 10w
good vapour production and good flav but the draw is super airy, is this a signature of this dripper or do I have it setup wrong?
have set top cap to smallest airflow hole but its still super airy, its my first go at rda vaping so may well have setup wrong, not sure

What you have there is a cloud chasers dripper. That kind of rda is designed for that kind of air flow so yes, it is a signature of that dripper if you like.
Were you looking for a more mouth to lung type of vape ?

yeah these kinda drippers are for cloud chasing so are super airy

Airy? I just looked at my trident top cap, it looks like aneedle hole lol

i have a tident and in smallest airflow (which i never use) its not that airy really.

I would prefer a tighter draw like I'm used to in my protank2.
Theres an igo w waiting for me at the postal collection office, how are the draw on these?

Golf ball through a straw? It sounds like it'll be right for you though. If your handy with a drill, you could always add a smaller hole somewhere on the top cap ring of your trident or close off the hole a little and see of that helps your airflow issue.

I hope you can get it satisfactory because the trident gives a really good flavour, its my favourite dripper to be honest because it just works so well.

The igo w seems more up my street to be honest, have coiled em both up, one with rhubarb and custard and the other with spiced apple, loving the flavs but think I need lower nic levels, 18mg is fine in me protanks but makes me feel sick after a while in a dripper!
