Last time I tried the low carb diet I lost a stone in a month then started exercising and lost another half a stone, but then all the naughty carb erges came back, but now I have a freezer stocked with fish and random low carb veggies some of which I would never normally buy, also random cheeses that I haven't bought in a while, I only snack on peanut butter and mixed nuts, and love the fact I can eat as many eggs as I like as they are my favourite food
