Hello. I've owned an Aramax Power for some time, I've never had any problems with it, I've always changed the resistance when it showed signs that it's no longer good. The last time I changed it was when it started to give me a stinging sensation in my throat. I bought a new one, I also bought another liquid, I disassembled the vape, I disassembled and washed the atomizer, after which I put a new resistance. I put the liquid in the vape and let the resistance soak in for 30 minutes. I turned on the vape, took a few puffs, after which I noticed that it still gives me a strong stinging sensation in my throat with a slight burning taste. What could be the problem in this situation? Thank you very much.

Had to look it up, very unsophisticated DTL device...

Have you cleaned the tank out completely and put in a fresh coil, priming it suitably.

Other than that not really much to suggest, change liquid for another or buy s more controllable device?

i did everything, i chaged the liquid, the resistance. Is it possible that the battery has failed and is giving more power than it should?

Hi @Teodor and welcome to the planet.

this is a new one on me as never heard of this kit https://www.aramaxvape.com/en/power.html

google is not much help with only one place in uk which i could find it advertised is sold out and says this kit is discontinued and not made anymore.
Are you in the uk and if not where did you buy from.

with these sorts of kits that have a fixed wattage output of 55watts it could be a number of things. a duff coil in the box so will be dead straight away or too thick juice and its not soakingup into the cotton quick enough so you will get dry hits which is the burning taste you are getting. once you get that for most of us we can turn the wattage down and carry on but for you as its a fixed output the coil is ready for the rubish bin.
what ratio of vg/pg juice are you using as this very cold weather we are having can make the juice thicken up enough to not soak the cotton so burn out quicker.

how did you change the resistance as i cant see any settings on the kit that you can change?

I'm from Romania, and I bought the vape also from Romania, the liquid I use is LIQUA liquid, which I've always used and I haven't had any problems with it until now. To change the resistance, you have to unscrew the vape atomizer and simply remove it from there. I also thought that it could be a problem, that the battery would give more power and even burn my throat. How could I power it down.

as far as i can see Liqua is 50/50 https://www.thebestecigarette.co.uk/e-liquid/liqua-e-liquid/liqua-elements-e-liquid/
so a bit thin for a 55w subohm kit so that shouldnt be the problem with the juice being too thick.
the only thing i can think of is a bad coil in the box which can happen with any make of coil.
years ago i had 4 bad coils out of a box of 5 which had to go straight in the rubbish bin. next 5 boxes after that bought from the same shop and all worked perfectly.
