Arc 4 by totally wicked

anyone have any suggestions have a arc 4 totally wicked kit I’m just an mtl person due to smoking anyone have any suggestions what wattage best for flavour have a 1.5ohm coil in it thank in advance

Not familiar with that device, but for a 1.5ohm coil, I'd recommend around 10 - 14 watts.
Start at lower end, and go up till you find how you like it.

Is it the GS Air tank that comes with it? I started out with that. I'd recommend using 50% VG liquid, and starting at 10w. Best flavour for me was around 12w.
