Other than that the only alternatives I can come up with are drive your own car/motorbike, get a taxi, cycle or walk to where you want to get to.
I know it hardly seems fair for them to ban vaping without a valid reason, but it's their property, their rules.
Ha, its all obvious.
We live in a diverse multicultured society, yet they only publish that in one language
Failing to pull off a 2nd language convincingly, dont bother, there is no standardised sign for "no vaping" yet and hell i was born stoopid and cant read
Its a shame they were so quick to update their "contract of carriage" terms otherwise if turfed off the bus you could sue for compensation:
http://www.arrivabus.co.uk/conditions-of-carriage/
[h=2]Conduct of Passengers[/h] We reserve the right to refuse entry to or require you to leave our buses or premises at any time. This will usually be either for reasons of safety or because of your conduct.
When travelling on our buses, you are subject to these Conditions. Failure to comply with the statutory regulations or those set out in the Conditions may result in us refusing to permit you to travel or continue to travel. In particular, you must not
- Smoke at any time in any part of the bus or carry any lit pipe, cigar, type of cigarette, match or lighter on the bus; this includes e-cigarettes as this may inconvenience other passengers or cause them to think that smoking is permitted on Arriva buses.
its also a shame they dont worry about the inconveniance caused by yobs etc
