hi guys, old lurker here, I constantly stalked this forum when I fell deep in love with the insane passion we all have for vaping.
Changed my job, found a partner, had a kid and suddenly found i didnt have time to peruse the forums and watch the YouTube vids i loved anymore.
Fast forward to 2020 and I convinced my missus to sink every penny we have into starting up online, bear in mind I'm well aware its an extremely saturated market i knew I was not going to be an overnight millionaire, but if it pays for a holiday for us and the 2 kids every couple of years ill be quite happy.
All that being said i am by no means a web designer and doing this on a shoe string, i was forced to do it my self which gets to the crux of my whole post.
The only people I have been able to ask for feedback on the site are friends and family which will lie through their teeth and say its amazing when I can clearly see its not.
I'm after a good old bit of honest feedback, what I could improve and what you would do differently.
I can pay anyone to do this at the moment because we have sunk every single penny we have into it but as a way of saying thank you use the code POTV for 20% off all eliquid.

Welcome to the Planet and good luck with your site. I’ve just had the very briefest poke around and found a couple of things you may want to look at (not problems but would look better)
1: at the bottom of the page replace the text hyperlinks for social networks for the image hyperlinks. So the insta logo and the Facebook logo instead of the words. And maybe think of adding Twitter and Pinterest.
2: Replace the Complaints with Customer Service. Complaints has a negative tone and doesn’t start you off on a good footing.

Much appreciated!
The social links are just below the side bar too but you're definitely right.
I'll get on that and the "complaints" right away!
Thank you for your time

just has a browse, what don’t you like about the site? The only problem I see is that you’re sold out of Asgard Mini’s -.-. Been searching for that Elusive Satin Green one since it came out hahah. I agree with the above comment, other than that it’s easy to navigate, has good items in stock, and a memorable name. I think it’ll do well. Will place an order on payday! (Friday)

good luck!

Remove shopify pay as payment options ASAP - they’ll let you take a handful of payments then proceed to hold the rest and make it very difficult to withdraw. Stripe (who shopify uses) doesn’t accept payments for anything vaping related.

Good luck! Site looks great :)

Hi there

Welcome!

Good idea to ask for feedback on here as it will be honest and constructive.

I like the overall look of the site
Easy to navigate
Has everything you need

I agree with Lee, get rid of shopify. He know what he is talking about as he has a successful business himself. He is a good egg.

I agree with Arawn, remove the word complaints and add Customer Service or Customer Support.

Where possible on the sold out or coming soon if you could have a leadtime thats good.

Good luck matey!

Forest?

Good solid advice given and I agree with all of it. Just one minor thing to add, "nic shot's" doesn't need the apostrophe, just "nic shots", it seems a minor thing but it really bugs me ha ha
