Aspire CF G-Power Faulty?

Despite the best advice here so far and onions very generous posting of some sterets I still cannot get this ####### to work!

It's strange as when it is not connected to anything the light will glow blue when the button is pressed but whatever I connect it to to (Kanger EMOW & CE4 Clearomisers) I get the shorting lights still.

Does anyone have any other suggestions please?
