Aspire zelos 3 mod won’t turn off ?

Hi there

this morning I’ve found my aspire zelos 3 mod won’t turn off? The button on base goes into off position but screen stays on and can still vape , is there any way to fix this or even force it to restart ? Thanks in advance

just checked a couple of videos as ive not got this kit and tbh i have no idea if there is a reset or not as not mentioned.
just to check, does the screen show the padlock on top right of screen is open or locked. 3 clicks on fire button to change. just a guess really as i would of thought the on/off switch should turn it off no matter what setting it was on.
could just be a faulty switch. how old is it and have you tried contactng the supplier.

Hi there , yeah 3 clicks still locks/unlocks , had it almost a year n just checked only has 6 months warranty so guess I’ll just need to get a new one , thanks for your reply

You could try an electric contact cleaning spray the button might have crap built up inside.

That's a shame but as it still works there's no real need to replace it. Maybe @aspire can help though not much activity of late from them.
