I think she could possibly be trippin' or delusional, she thinks she is having a conversation on the phone. Not the best advert for vaping if you are wanting to keep things legit.

You can guarantee that some idiot will see this and try vaping under water, and you don't want your advertisement to be the face of that.

Although I jest, to be honest, as others have already stated, the best one for marketing in a responsible fashion ie. providing relevant information and selling the product opposed to the goddess, then these two will probably be the wisest choice:

Ask the "poster designer" if they can manage something that sells the benefits of your products without sexualising them or using the objectification of women.

I really do <3 women/mermaids though. I would much rather see Ariel seductively luring me to the water to test out what she is vaping, than Mr Weird Beard and his dirty fingernails honking on his DIY tooter in his man cave. I guess a safe middle ground is the informative ads, as I'm really not comfortable with the objectification of women either. Having a daughter, it would be weird if I was good with that. They are really slick though, the designer should be very pleased with their work.
