I think we might have some divergence of opinion in places as there will be some duplicate flavour reviews, but that's good as taste is a very personal thing. The only thing we have shared so far is a review format (neither of us has previewed the other's reviews) and hopefully the initial tally will be about 60.

It helps search engines - especially when they are good. Is there a limit - as I am inclined to put in both flavour and flavor as there can be Americans involved and they don't read / write English?

I do not think there is a limit on the amount of tags. They must be more than 3 characters and separated by a ,
