i agree with the point you are making, but this quoted bit: i don’t think they have members, it seems more like a network of researchers and academics, who state that they don’t accept funding from ecig or tobacco industry. it’s very much not a trade body, and they talk about “followers” in this response they’ve published.

i think it is aimed at the average vape pleb such as you or i (the message in the response, not the consultation).

Ok, yeah I see that. I don't know shit about taxation and duty though, so I'm not filling it out.
