Anyone know what flavour jam is usually used in a Bakewell tart?
I didn't have a clue so just used Strawberry flavour Made up 30ml of 18mg
Capella Sugar Cookie 10% (Smells nice and biscuit-y / cakey)
FlavourArt Marzipan 5% (Almond component)
Inawera Strawberry 2%
Ethyl Maltol 5 drops
Already i think not enough Marzipan and slightly too much strawberry, Inawera don't fuck about, their strawberry is potent stuff!
But as always things could change with steeping, so off in the steeping drawer it goes for a week.
