Batteries and charger problems

Hi guys new user here, been on a ego for three months and made the next big step and got myself a Nemesis, the Nemesis is great and not the problem. i bought 2 aw imr 2000mah batteries to start with and a xtar mp1s single bay charger. This is where my problems starts. Charge the batteries till green light is on check with my mullti meter it reads 3.9 v for both batteries. So a week later i purchased the nitecore i4 and 2 more batteries efest 2000 all these batteries are 18650 by the way i charge them all up on the nitecore all go green all read 3.7volts to 3.92 volts. even tried again on the xtar mp1s same results i have three different types of multi meters so am at a lose as to what is going on, i thought these batteries went up to 4.2 volts

could be your meter, could be the charger...

Just looked at the efest site for you and your batteries are fine 3.7 nominal so 3.9 is fine and charging perfectly. Efest say they MAY go to 4.2 on an older charger.

No probs this is the page i looked at http://www.efestpower.com/Product/4052615623.html you could have a look on the bay of e for an older charger. Though for the extra .3 of a volt i don't think it'll be worth it.
