As some people have already mentioned - do not use Ultrafire batteries in Vape mods as they are awful - and the 'information' written on the wraps is pure fantasy. There is no such thing as a genuine 9.800mah 18650 battery - they simply do not exist. The highest capacity 18650 that is currently available is 3.600mah, but these are designed for use in low power devices like torches and aren't suitable for vaping.
Although everyone wants higher capacity and run time from their vape gear the Amp Rating is more important than capacity when it comes to vaping.
There are some good 3,000mah 18650s (like Samsung 30Qs and Sony VTC6) that will give decent run time and performance if you are happy to vape at around 50 Watts. If you like to use higher settings than this I would advise you to go for either a Molicel P26 or VTC5A - both are tried and trusted batteries for vaping.
Personally I only buy batteries from Fogstar who are a very reputable online UK seller - whatever you do DON'T buy cheap batteries from eBay sellers or a market stall. If you need a battery NOW and can't wait for them to be posted - go to a reputable vape shop, they can also check your mod just in case it isn't the battery length that is the problem.
Throw that Trustfire battery away.
