So I'm using the Geekvape Aegis zeus Solo atm single use battery, vaping at 60w. How many batteries should I be going through a day?

I go through 3 batteries a day on my Solo, vaping at around 50W.

what battery are you using and where did you buy them.
are you charging in the mod or on an external charger.

last test i done was on a istick60. samsung 25R was 1 hour 10 minutes at 50watts and samsung 30Q 1 hour 25 minutes at 50watts.

as said, it all depends on how often you vape. every now and then or chain vaping where it doesnt leave your hand will vary a lot.

This is a handy tool to convert milliamphours into running hours, if you don't know how to work out the amp draw use volts and watts.

You might be surprised how little is is.

2,500 mAh at 10 amps is only 0.25 hours... or 15 minutes or 900 seconds. If you take 3 seconds puffs, you'll get 300 of them at the most.

Interesting stuff! I'm shite at maths but from my own observations using the puff counter I get around 220 puffs from my Sony VTC6 and around 250 from my LG HG2 in the Solo. This is at around 50W and vaping constantly throughout the day.

That's what puff counters are really handy for. Some people used to say they were stupid and they didn't want them on their mods but as a battery monitor they are really useful. You can compare batteries in a real world situation, monitor capacity drop and it's a better gauge to how long you have left than a 'battery bar' usually.

I really like puff counters.

I would say that I would have to use at least three batteries a day at 60 watts, which is about what I normally vape at.

If that’s the wattage you like to vape at and MTL isn’t your cup of tea. It might be worth looking at a dual battery mod or maybe even a 21700 battery mod.
