Battery charge

Hi I just got my 1st vv/vw device, I have 18350 battery's! What shld they display on my sid when fully charged? I thought my batt was fully charged it read 3.7v but I've been using it a couple hrs & got low vol!! So changed the batt & working again.
So yeah what shld it b showing v wise when fully charged?? Ty

About 4.2v, what charger are you using?
