battery door broken

I got an RMA email from evolv. But I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. You have to fill out the form on the email and at the top it says RMA approved in green then waiting in yellow. There's no postage address in it but I had to fill my address in so I'm guessing they are sending me a door or something that will close the mod up and so I can use the batteries.

AHH I do have to post it to them. Wonder how much that will cost

To the US, more than a first class stamp. If they have the model number/type then they should be able to send a door out, assuming they have them.
