Best 18650 battery other than the vtc5

Hate the wrapper on the vtc5.

Anything else out there that is as good or better than the vtc5??

What budget? what application?

for VTC money your choices are basically VTC or EFest.

Panasonic and Samsung make the best batteries imo, but you pay a premium for them.
