this is a strange one. i also used to buy Grants but at £40 for 100ml it was not that often. his website is still up and i check it almost each week but there has been no movement in at least 18 months. i would of thought if hes not bothered anymore then he would of closed the website down.That reminds me.

im holding out a bit longer but as i mentioned above, like you ive tried all the contact options including phone (invalid), message form on website (error cant send), facebook (no reply).Going back to this TE Juice, I tried ringing but got a 'number invalid' message so straight onto Paypal to file a claim. It's been 9 days since I ordered, I haven't had a despatch confirmation, nothing. Even if sent 2nd class, it should easily have been here by now but it's not so much that, but when you call a company and the number isn't working you start to worry. It's poor.

I will hold a tad longer just because it's different times. I ordered on 31 Aug so that's more than the delivery times mentioned. Maybe they are just struggling with staff, but online orders have taken off during the covid era. You would think that they might have put a little more effort into that area.
