I haven't used vaporl myself but I presume @StrawberryRipple has. In fact there was a thread recently as I recall asking if they were OK as a company and as I recall they got several vouches. I certainly wouldn't expect any import fees.

Even without the 12% its a great price. Nearly half price. Fasttech have them also at $32 with 10% off if ordered tomorrow using LD10.

I'm pretty sure Vincent clarified the import situation on that thread too.
They've got warehouses in many locations and surprisingly enough my Tauren RDA came from Birmingham UK.
