Ouch! I know what PCNL is and thankfully didnt have that. I had stents fitted and thank christ it was under a general anaesthetic cause I'd have run a mile if I was awake watching then trying to fit a 4inch diameter pipe up the end of my willie!

All was well until I needed to pee.......I hit the roof with a trail of blood behind me. Sadly the swelling eventually went down so could no longer feel proud in the shower
