I switched at start of this year and am still using the Aramax Power that I first got ( new Vaporesso Polar unit on order pending lol )
The Aramax unit is set wattage, is easy to clean/fill ( the tank is big enough to last the day at work etc... ) and has an inbuilt battery that lasts 2-3 days. I would recommend to anyone as a starter unit. Mine cost £30 ( not a lot of cost compared to cigs - Ive saved a fortune soo far )and the replacement coils are £15 for 5, which last 2 - 6 weeks depending on the juice that you put in.

I've just picked up a Smok Nord for my girlfriend. I know Smok isn't looked upon very favourably on these forums but it's really good IMO. Might even grab one myself for driving and whatnot.

. You will probably find that you will be upgrading and learning more and more as you go along. What I first started with is sooooo different from what I’m vaping now. It really does get better as you start to taste different flavours and get more used to wicking yourself and learning about batteries. Meantime just go slow, use anything that helps you get of the stinkies (anything regulated and not mechanical) and slowly start to experiment once you get off the fags for good. With me and most people here, vaping was first and foremost for quitting, now it’s moved up a few notches for pure pleasure...
