Just search for your flavour and it will give you the percentage for single or as a recipe.

ah that says different than the potv guide.

Percentages in recipes
Average mixing quantity: 4.8% (Median: 4%)
Minimum used quantity: 0.3%
Maximum used quantity: 25%

Single flavor recommendations: 2
Average quantity: 15% (Median: 20.0%)
Minimum used quantity: 10.0%
Maximum used quantity: 20.0%

so I think ill have to start with 10% and 20% testers and work from there
