If I were to obtain a mill/pillar drill/lathe etc they would HAVE to go in the house as the shed is already spitting things out the door everytime its opened as it's so fecking full.

When I was speaking to Arc they mentioned the need to prep the dove tail joints in the table. Apparently the manufacturers don't quite finish these off too well which may lead to issues in the future. Not being an expert I can't tell you any more than that but if you need any more info I'm sure Arc will fill you in on the details.
I'm liking the workshop by the way and I didn't laugh, not even a little bit! I can't think of a more pleasant place to have a milling machine. As you said though, I'm not sure your wife will have the same opinion!

Kind of figured the gibs would need adjusting so I got dial test indicator to square up everything. Usually its better to make some brass gibs.

It isnt in the workshop yet just you wait and see.

Where I work we have over a dozen CNC machines, loads of lathes, pillar drills you name it.

As I am a sparky I may as well just bang my head against them!
